G. Thomas Harper is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law and has practiced in this area exclusively for over 30 years.  He is also certified by the Florida Supreme Court as a circuit
civil and appellate mediator. (See http://www.WorkplaceMediator.org.)  Mr. Harper is also a FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) approved arbitrator and mediator and is approved by all of the Judicial Circuits in Florida to serve as an
arbitrator for workplace disputes.  (See http://www.WorkplaceArbitrator.com.)  Tom has served as the Editor of the Florida Employment Law Letter since 1989.  Tom has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America for the past 10 years and has been the Chair of the Labor & Employment Committee of the Jacksonville Bar Association since 2008.

Gregg Gerlach  Florida Super Lawyers, Florida Trends, and Corporate Counsel magazines have each named Gregg as one of Florida’s top Labor and Employment lawyers.  Gregg is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law and has, since 1991, litigated labor and employment law disputes on behalf of employers.  Mr. Gerlach concentrates his practice in the trial and arbitration of wage and hour (overtime) matters, discrimination and sexual harassment claims, COBRA claims, and non-compete disputes.  Gregg also advises employers on day-to-day employee issues and on implementing “HR Best Practices” to avoid legal pitfalls.  Gregg is currently Chair of the HR Council for the Northeast Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors, and Co-Founder of First Coast Lawyers Forum.  Gregg is a frequent presenter of Master Classes on the FMLA and FLSA, attended by In-House Counsel and senior HR Managers.  He is also a member of the Texas Bar Association and its Labor and Employment Law Section.
